On 1st December 2025, Sacred Heart Girls’ High School conducted a Social Awareness Program led by Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Jain, Joint Commissioner of Police (Administration), Bangalore City, along with officers from the Ashok Nagar Police Station. The session focused on student safety, digital responsibility, and the use of technology in public protection. Mr. Jain introduced the Karnataka State Police (KSP) App, explaining its emergency features, women’s safety support, and important helplines—112 for emergencies and 1930 for cyber-crime. Students were also shown how the app helps users locate police stations, report incidents, and file e-lost reports. The officers demonstrated QR-based contact options and shared awareness videos highlighting real-life safety scenarios. The program concluded with brief talk on traffic safety guidelines. The session was informative and encouraged students to stay aware, responsible, and proactive about personal and community safety.
