We extend a warm invitation to apply for your daughter’s enrolment in Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Junior I only at Sacred Heart Nursery School, an esteemed Institution dedicated to holistic education under the guidance of the Good Shepherd Society.

Submission of application form:

During the weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Nursery School’s registration desk with an application fee of Rs.500/- only (by cash). Please bring the child’s original birth certificate for verification on the day of application submission.

Child's age requirements:

• Pre-Nursery : 3 years by 31st May 2026

• Nursery : 4 years by 31st May 2026

• Junior 1 : 5 years by 31st May 2026

Application Guidelines:

1. Enter the child's name exactly as per the Corporation Birth Certificate.

2. For Catholics / Christians, ensure the child's name on the Baptism Certificate matches the Corporation Birth Certificate.

3. Incomplete / incorrect sheets will be rejected after verification.

Required Documents:

• One recent passport-size photo of your child to be attached to the form.

• One recent postcard-size group photo (Father, Mother, and child).

• Photocopies of:

  • Corporation Birth Certificate (with name of the child entered).

  • Baptism Certificate (Catholics/Christians).

  • Aadhaar Card.

  • Address Proof.
